In 2020, NEXT had the good sense to hire us for a crucial project: designing and crafting the perfect messaging for their investor pitch deck. Our work was an instant hit, and we received a flood of compliments from the NEXT team. This success led to a full website redesign and a fresh new logo. We knocked it out of the park.

Fast forward to today, and we're thrilled to be an ongoing partner of NEXT, working together on a wide range of exciting projects. From web design + maintenance to printed collateral, social media campaigns, and exhibit design, we've become their go-to experts for all things creative. We’ve even helped them come up with some killer product names along the way.

THE REBRAND:
NEXT Energy loved the work we did for their investor pitch deck and this got them thinking they needed an update to their logo and messaging.

LOGO
The logo redesign incorporates their original logotype and colour. It invokes the feeling of energy and
power with the circular sun shape. The city skyline silhouette and the logotype are cut out (punched out) for imagery and video to be placed behind.

BRAND BOOK
We developed brand guidelines to ensure NEXT Energy has a consistently distinct and memorable impact across everything they do. It is a starting point for further expression with the ability to go wild, but know who they are and why they do what they do.
THE WEBSITE:
NEXT Energy needed an updated website to develop an effective online presence that would benefit both the user and their business while improving website traffic, engagement, and customer loyalty.
SEO: SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
Our SEO strategy has helped NEXT Energy be in the top 5% of its search categories within a matter of months by crafting the messaging to include keywords, relevant imagery, meta descriptions, links, and more. This means people can find the website easily.

UX: USER EXPERIENCE
Customers want to use your site but if it's hard to navigate they won't stick around. We designed NEXT Energy's site to be user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible resulting in users spending over 5.5 minutes on the site (typical websites average 1.2 minutes).

NEXT Energy receives half of its traffic from mobile users...imagine if we didn't plan for that. Every device should be able to access and navigate your website easily.

NEXT has a need for impactful graphics for various trade shows. We've helped design product sheets, flyers, newsletters, and an exhibit at Moxi Museum in Santa Barbara, CA.
